The CRISPR-Cas9 is a powerful technique used to modify the genome of cells. The RNA guided endonuclease has been repurposed and has enabled the advent of great applications. I will introduce the CRISPR-cas 9 for genome editing and some of the applications that can be translated in the rodent’s brain model.
